It is SO important to be kind to ourselves in times like these. With so many things on our minds, endless to do lists - it can be easy to not have

a minute for ourselves.

There is always important admin to be done and I am so very fortunate to have very exciting things in the pipeline!

However, I sometimes need to take a time out - this gal needs a second to paint her nails!
